My story is very simple: a young man from Los Angeles goes away to boarding school, finding the US Navy during the Vietnam Era where I excelled in the technical arenas, leaving for the commercial environment where I completed my advance education using it to teach and consult for the past +26 years.
I have lived my dream of doing what I wanted to do, living where I wanted to live, and becoming the person I wanted to become -- no one could ask for more. However, I am not done nor ready to stop, and so I continue to provide professional project management skills in either the role of an employee (W2) or contractor (1099).
If you have tried the 'younger crowd,' and are frustrated with the lack of a solid
work ethic or the amount of supervision needed to obtain adequate work product, I
would suggest you try a more seasoned, experienced PM to meet your project management
requirements.
